Artisan Cafe, off Jalan Ritchie, not far from Great Eastern Mall, is a lovely spot to enjoy an unhurried breakfast and a gratifying cup of coffee. Set amid large trees and plentiful greenery, with recycled furniture and open air seating, Artisan Cafe inveigles you to slow down and enjoy the quiescent surroundings. Open Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 8pm, a limited breakfast menu is available until Big C (the cook) leaves around 1pm. Set breakfast offerings such as pancakes, eggs and pastries all include juice and a hot beverage for 20RM or less. If you're not out for breakfast, this place is worth coming to just for the coffee. A locally roasted blend from Sumatra is brought to life by well trained baristas.
