The Mandarin Grill & Bar doesn't usually serve breakfast. For the last month however, the regular breakfast location for the hotel, Biba's Cafe, has been undergoing renovations. Don't miss the chance to have brekky in this beautiful restaurant. I believe it will end sometime in July when the updating of Biba's is complete. Service is fabulous, setting is peaceful and refined and the food is top quality.
